Fiddler on the Roof
The Desert Christian High School Musical Theatre department presented the acclaimed musical, "Fiddler on the Roof" to sold out audiences. In commemoration of the 60th anniversary of Israel’s independence, a benefit dinner performance was presented to raise funds for Holocaust survivors through Tucson Jewish Family Services. Director Cathy Simon invited many local Holocaust victims to come to Desert Christian so her students might learn first-hand of the atrocities the Jewish people experienced during World War II and to promote compassion for future generations.
